This week:
Language Arts:
Students will begin reading Rip Van Winkle. They will also work on diagramming
sentences with predicate nominatives in them.
Science: This week students will dissect a pig's heart on Monday. Actually, I will do the dissecting! Next, they will review of the anatomy of the heart and the functions of the cardiovascular system. There is a quiz on Thursday.
History: The fighting begins with the battles at Lexington and Concord and Bunker Hill.
